I’m a multidisciplinary 3D artist with a background in architectural visualisation and a degree in Game Art & Animation. I specialise in creating detailed environments, polished renders, and visually engaging digital content. With experience across modelling, lighting, animation, and real-time workflows, I enjoy bringing ideas to life through strong visual storytelling and thoughtful design.

Below is a selection of work organised by core skill areas, demonstrating how I approach environment creation, visual problem-solving, and collaboration across different outputs.


Lighting & Mood Control
Lighting is used to elevate a standard marketing image into a more aspirational scene. A dusk HDRI replaces the original daytime setup, introducing richer colour variation, reflections, and atmosphere. Interior lighting suggests occupancy and depth, while pool and bollard lights create contrast and visual flow through the foreground toward the main architectural forms.

Design Decision-Making
Visual comparison was used here to explore a real-world design decision. Two versions were produced to assess whether retaining or removing the original barn door best supported the building’s character and readability. Presenting both options allowed the client to evaluate the impact clearly before committing to a final direction.

Environment & Spatial Understanding
Readable, believable environments are central to effective visualisation. In this case, architectural massing, landscape elements, and signage establish a clear sense of scale, while the winding road naturally guides the viewer’s eye through the scene. The overall layout communicates character and intent, creating an inviting entrance that feels navigable rather than staged.


Production Awareness & Collaboration
Experience working within production pipelines has shaped an organised and adaptable workflow. Acting as project lead, visual accuracy was maintained despite conflicting and outdated CAD information, requiring close coordination with technical and design teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Scenes are structured to support multiple outputs from a single file, including CGIs, Spins, and VRs. Clear layer management and flexible lighting setups minimise duplication and allow updates to be rolled out consistently across all deliverables, ensuring quality is maintained as projects evolve.


Composition & Visual Hierarchy
Strong composition ensures an image reads clearly at a glance. In this shot, leading lines from the driveway draw focus toward the primary buildings, while fencing and tree lines frame the scene and create depth. Foreground, midground, and background elements are balanced to maintain visual hierarchy and a clear subject focus.

Technical Craft
Clean modelling and believable materials are the foundation of my work. Assets are built with real-world scale, efficient topology, and clear structure, ensuring they hold up both visually and technically.
The materials here were created with roughness, reflectivity, and surface detail to achieve realism while remaining suitable for real-time use.

Visual Consistency & Art Direction
A cohesive visual theme was achieved through the controlled use of colour, materials, and lighting. With full creative freedom over the palette, assets were curated and adjusted to ensure balance and consistency across the scene. Restraint and alignment across elements prevent any single feature from overpowering the overall composition.


Refinement & Feedback
Client feedback highlighted a lack of depth in the original imagery. Targeted refinement of material response, texture variation, and surface detail helped better define form and visual interest. The result demonstrates an ability to respond constructively to critique and improve clarity through focused iteration.

Asset Creation & Surface Detailing
Game-ready assets demonstrating detailed surface design and consistent visual language. Textures were hand-crafted using reference pattern work, then refined for clarity and readability in a real-time context.


Consistency & Professional Finish
This work demonstrates consistency across a large suite of deliverables, which included both landscape and portrait CGIs, floorplans, a site plan and supporting streetscenes. Composition, scale, and colour treatment were aligned across all outputs to ensure a cohesive presentation. A planting-led colour theme was carried through into supporting materials, helping the project read as a unified, professionally finished set.
