Hayfield Rise is a premium home collection for Hayfield Homes, set in the Wiltshire countryside.

At the time, I was responsible for almost all Hayfield Homes projects, but this site needed to be special as it was for their Premium range

Typically, we would create landscape CGI's, floor plans and a site plan as standard, but for this project, I created both landscape and portrait CGI's, Lifestyle CGI's, 3D floor plans and a site plan.

The entrance and portrait CGIs were requested after seeing the standard images. I then also went on to create the playground CGI to showcase the family-centred nature of the site.

I was responsible for creating both the site and the houses. Even going as far as using the planting plan to pick out exactly which species would be in the real site.

In terms of colour grading, Hayfield Homes prefers high contrast, especially on the brickwork. Although less realistic, it makes the images pop.
